This year, Arnold was the very first prototype sent by Skynet. He was cyber dynamics model 101 back then, a cybernetic organism, an infiltration unit, part man part machine.Underneath it's an hyperalloy combat chassis micro-processor controlled, fully harmoured, very tough. But outside it's living human tissues.
@The monster under your bed ye u right. And it's that kind of I'm too good for any woman mindset that these guys have anyways hence why it's rare they get a long lasting relationship.
I'm new to this channel, but I'm guessing they used the raw film, which has way better quality than could ever be broadcasted, or even screened, in 1969. Most movies and tv-segments have incredible quality if one would look up the original plastic film. That's for example how they've remastered Once Upon a Time in the West recently.
Quite. Digital cameras have had to strive over the decades to achieve HD. Original celluloid is like a pair of perfect eyes. You have to employ top photographers who know what they're doing - there was no erase button and it was expensive stuff!
The steroid industry completely co-opted the sport to push more and more of their drugs. The bodies they have now are absolutely disgusting, completely out of proportion for any kind of elegance and proper symmetry and I do not get why they all have to lather themselves with brown boot polish...a normal, healthy light tan looks so much better on white guys. They all look like Ross Geller after he gets way too much spray tan.
Holy Cow! Schwarzenegger and Columbu...a lifelong friendship in its infancy. A priceless video...makes me wish I had cultivated certain childhood friendships better. And Boyer Coe looked swole.
I would have crawled up underneith Arnold! He had a nice ballance of strong and hard, soft and smooth.. All appealing words to us women all on one body. He was defiantly eye candy. The guys now a days don't look like their bodies have any give.. or softness. It would be like hugging a tree ..
The beauty of these bodybuilders was that they were rare. Nowadays it's common so no one bats an eyelid. it's like taking the fur coat out of the jeans cupboard and putting it in a wardrobe full of fur coats.
no from 1910's to late 1970's bodybuilders were rare & bodybuilding died after that, as now days it all about steroids evening the average gym takes more steroids than 1948's to 1977s men & women. what would be rare we seem more natural bodybuilders again reaching the maximum potential
About 80% of the West is overweight and obese so I don't know what you're talking about. Out of the countless gyms I've been to, maybe 10% of the people I've seen look anything like these guys.
You cant compare them with current pro bodybuilders nowadays. Also what do you mean by common idiot. Unless you live near Venice gold gym where almost all the guys use steroids then yeah but nowhere else no. More people might be more muscular and have more size now but you dont get this quality (proportion, symmetry, aesthetics) often no matter what era.
I read a book written by Arnold himself, and if I remember correctly, he wrote that he had his first contest when he was in the army, he jumped out of the army camp and won the contest, he returned to the camp with his trophy so the commander of the army camp didn't make a big deal out of it. (He was big when he was enrolled in the army and they put him into a tank division, it was obligatory army camp)
That's what I was thinking - why would a muscly embrace be wasted on a girl? Unless you were gay, of course. Back in the day anyone could just say overtly gay shit and no one batted an eyelash because homosexuality was never discussed.
@@brigadierburnsauce oh people knew, but they didn't discuss it in public. They did chuckle about it in private. I remember my mom and dad talking about the a few gay people in an amused way, but it wasn't derogatory. Something like: oh, those two, old sisters, wink wink.
