No Power Malus in Legend/Master Lost Sector?

The maximum effective powerlevel is +20 in the sector. they mentioned it in the twab (bringing challenge back to destiny 2/21/2023)

There are not power cap on legend master lost sector, is really strange with not power cap this is a little bit fun huh bungie..?
