You can put your chicken pieces into a plastic packet with flour and spices of choice shake it up and let it rest in the refrigerator for a while 15mins them get your oil really hot and place in to pan or pot and let it deep fry till golden brown and it comes out crispy and wonderful, my way, no egg no mess

Really think people that like themselves take the time to make something delicious really delicious even like the sandwich and maybe you don’t do it very often but I cooked for a very large family for a year after year I don’t wanna tell you how many decades but I think now but when I make something special that I really like even if it’s something simple I really really enjoy it and example is the sandwich you just made I think you’ll enjoy life you enjoy food and you’re like yourself and people that really do know how to create something delicious that they really like for themselves even if it’s just once in a while happy cooking

I love Nigella, but she's branching away from her practical roots with this one. For a single sandwich this has too many steps, too many ingredients, too much waste really, and as for her fans in the United States, boneless thigh meat holds so little popularity that it's not sold in the majority of grocery stores.

Why not add a sprinkle of cat hair and a dash of crocodile piss? Maybe dash some wonderfully hot smoked paprika on some chocolate ice cream topped with garlicky croutons and parsley for dessert?
The way she attacked that sandwich at the end tells me she was really hungry and that chicken hit the spot juuuuust right…. Lovely!
