- Whenever the topic of discussion turns to white people and the bullshit they pull against Black people, there will always be a few white voices that want to disrupt what could be a productive conversation with that old white people spiritual refrain:
“Not all white people.”

My dad was racist as hell.
He always told me "You can befriend white people, but don't trust them. They ain't shit and will stick with their own when it comes down to it." So, whenever I made friends with white kids, I always had that in the back of my head. Waiting for the 'ain't shittery' to rear its head. And, it did. But, it happened with my other friends, too.
As I got older, I realized that anybody can be "ain't shit" and that it just intensifies and becomes layered across racial, cultural, ethnic lines.
Everybody gets the side eye form me.
As im getting older im realising that all of the "racism" is being pushed by people who want it to be there. I had to ghost alot of my racist "minority" friends while they told me how trash i was for being a racist (because im white, such a sin i know i guess ill try harder next time MLK??) you hearing you talk about how your dad spoke bad about white people just reiterates the problem for me, my mother never told me that black people are criminals or ignorant, that just wasnt a conversation to have with your children unless you wanted them to be racist. get the idea?
This is an interesting phenomenon you're describing. It's like, when you associate with different races, you start to realize the world is full of a lot of disloyal assholes that don't make solid friends. Likewise, there are a small portion within all races that you would get along with and maybe even develop a friendship. This is part of why I don't understand the extreme left advocating for segregation. Tailor school curriculum, for example, in POC-populated areas? Absolutely. But segregate people? Nah. Ignorance breeds in an environment where you don't have real life exposure to test and contradict your presuppositions.

This is the comment I needed to read Ms HighKick. Thank you. Theres a LOT of racism from all races. As a white person, I can confirm at least in part, what your father said, there is indeed a lot of white people that are '' aint shit '' but my experience has genuinely been there are '' aint shit '' from every race......and there is also a lot of truly lovely, quality human beings from every race. Sometimes I get sick of the unchallenged and unjustified anti-white feeling/racism.....but I refuse to let racists from ANY race make me feel hatred towards an ENTIRE race. They (racists) are not going to make me dislike an entire race, because I know there are lots of loving kind people out there. I urge anyone out there to not let a minority of loud/vocal racists make YOU turn against another race.

When you say "white people do x" or "white people say x" without putting a qualifier in front of it, that can, grammatically, be taken as a generalization. That's just how English works. If I were to say "Why do Black people do such and such?" you would promptly consider me as prejudiced or a racist. So...when you speak about members of another race, you need to watch that language, too. We all need to abide by the same rules if we are going to dialogue effectively.

It really does suck that black Americans are biased. If they didn’t live in areas where propaganda got shoved down their throats the black people who aren’t biased might actually have a voice. Like look at the whole Democratic Party they focus on race so much yet they act like they aren’t racist. The only party in America that is fighting against racism is the Republicans because they aren’t even giving it attention which is why it’s rare to find a racist Republican. But anyway I just hope that we can re-educate American liberals so that they don’t destroy our country.
Don't act like saying white people do this or black people do that don't act like that is the cause of racial tensions yes anyone can be racist regardless of colour but what you are not factoring in is systems. White people have a system that overwhelmingly backs them and that is what makes the difference if a black person is chatting shit about White's then yes he could be a racist individual but Black's don't have a system that will favour them over White's in general on a group to group level I'm making that distinction for a reason that is something white people are very unaware of and I can make that general statement because statistics back what I'm saying and I live in a perdomanately white country and I hear the views of White's all the time for over 30yrs and one thing in general that is for sure most White's have no clue how racism and white supremacy works, but they love to lecture blacks and people of colour on how it works and saying that a black person can be racist towards White's in no way makes the racism that White's show Black's as individuals and on a sytematic level in no way does that make it anywhere near equal. You are completely wrong most white people need to listen and believe that black people know their own reality stop lecturing and show they give a fuck and stop the racist comments in the comment section of nearly any video on the internet that will help with the dialogue about racism, black people have been trying to talk with White's about racism for a long ass time and most of the time we are not believed told we are playing the victim card and we are met with a heart of stone what are you doing to make the diolouge better personally.

The video was obviously intended for racists and it makes me upset that people in the comment care more about making it their feelings than the POC that die from racism. It’s even embedded in the medical field and doesn’t just reach income disparities or how we have decreased access to affordable education. It’s also not only limited to one country it’s a global issue so there’s really no way for anyone to call out the main countries of imperialism (Spain, Britain, France, England, Portugal) etc without saying white people because the reality is that these groups are majority white (even Spain and Portugal Bc Hispanic is an ethnicity and majority people there are white). Obviously there are good white people such as the Quakers. Racism isn’t just a black or brown issue it’s everyone’s issue people who were enslaved like the Irish or killed in mass genocide like the Jews were white and still targeted because of white supremacy. As a member of a loving and racially diverse family, I am saddened by this woman's hate. We will never move forward as HUMANS with this narrow, small-minded prejudgement . Because I feel the need to correct you when you say a blatantly racist statement like "White people do (insert something negative here)" it does not mean I am "fragile" in my position of being a non-racist white person. It means that I am pointing you out on your clear laziness in adding simple but very needed qualifiers like "some" or "many". You should be thorough and specific when talking about difficult topics like racism and you shouldn't just assume people know this or that and leave out key details.
