If you add too much water to pressure cooker just turn it on saute after it cooked and the liquid will evaporate. I love cooking in pressure cookers. Love you videos and recipes.
Hello I went back and rewatched the video because I couldn’t remember but I added the uncooked rice to the meat after it was done browning and then you add the beef broth and soup mixture to all of that. Then you pour all of that into your casserole dish
I love love love chili! It's one of my favorites! Add cumin, coriander and Mexican oregano for more chili flavors. Mash up some beans and add them in to thicken soupy chili in the future. Love your channel!

I love watching you! You inspire me so much! Just a tip on the hamburger casserole (or any dish that calls for uncooked rice) cover with plastic wrap first then cover with foil. Make sure the plastic wrap is good and tight then cover really well with foil. It will help make sure that your rice is done.
You would think. But I am a manager in a private boarding school kitchen and this is how we do all dishes that call for uncooked rice in the oven. The trick is to make sure that your plastic wrap is super tight and that it is covered completely with the foil. I’ve done this at home on my glass 13x9 baking dish as well as metal steam pans at work. Worked well for me on both.

We lke chili over rice... I made a sausage and rice casserole monday.. brown your sausage, drain if needed, out in a bowl with one cup parboiled rice, diced onions and bell peppers, a can of some cream of soup, I had chicken..then a can of water..put in casserole dish cover bake about 45 on 350... so good. I doubled it so we could have left overs.

A tip for your chili that you felt was too thin, tomato paste to the rescue! Also when I make chili I use a large can of tomato sauce and no water. Just some helpful hints. I want to try the hamburger rice casserole!

When you add too much water=time for taco soup! Lol just add black beans and corn. But that looked delicious and will last longer I bet. Water and/or beans makes everything stretch. Have you tried ground chicken or maybe turkey sausage yet? So good!

Instead of using that cornstarch slurry you could’ve use Mesa flour And it would have given it more of a chili flavor and gotten thicker I was so cumin would’ve helped with the chili flavor
You said your kids never like your deviled eggs. Using the recipe you used in the video, reduce sugar to 1/2 tsp, leave out vinegar, leave out mustard, increase mayo to 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp total, and add 2-3 tbsp sweet relish. This makes the best, best, best deviled eggs.

I used Campbell's Cream of Mushroom w/ Roasted Garlic & Swanson Crafted Artisan Beef Broth in mine. I discovered both of those around Thanksgiving & they add so much amazing flavor to dishes! There's also a Cream of Chicken w/ Herbs & Roasted Chicken Broth that are delicious as well. I try to stock up on them when there's a sale because unfortunately there isn't a generic for any of them yet & the name brands are quite expensive, especially the broths! Not on sale the broths are $5.99 a carton 😯!! The flavor difference they make in dishes almost makes it worth paying that though. It's seriously life changing!!

Burgers are always so hard for me to get right lol that press is so easy! We need to break out our grill. It is just an electric so I don't even know how it will taste but it was a free hand me down. It's raining today though. I've never used a grill before. I love my bun toasted! I love my pressure cooker. One pot meals are so easy. I love Corn starch slurries to thicken oopsies like that. I do it all the time when I add too much water. I need a corn bread recipe! Cream of celery is yummy. Good call on the bigger pan. Rice can be so fickle when it's not pre cooked. I never have success with it. I get tongue tied too! Lol you're so good at cooking delicious meals for your family. Maybe I'll give that one a go.Deviled eggs are so dangerous. I will just sit and pop em. They're so good! Your salt and pepper containers are so cute. I like the free form kind. My shakers always take forever to give me pepper😆 stay safe! Loved as always!
Busy Becky l have had an instant pot for a year too! I’m scared too! I bought a instant pot cookbook and never looked at it! But l found a great recipe for meatloaf and mashed potatoes that cook at same time! You cook meatloaf in Bundt pan and l wanted to do try it. But l made it in the oven with the Bundt pan and was the best l ever made. So l was like l will use it next time 😔😂
