I want to edge banding to 10mm. the 90 degree angles... My job is the round square, the maximum diameter is the 30 to 45 mm reduced. so how much bedroll wheel diameter required

You should have shown us the back side of each one of those panels without the ink on them we could really see the difference clearly pretty difficult to see with all those sharpie lines from so far away
Thanks a lot for your message today! The dies featured in this video are part of our Art Roll Kit. This comes with the three lower dies, which are nylatron, and one top die that is steel.
There shouldn't be any problem in using these with galvanized sheets. With the bottom rolls in the set being nylatron, mind your pressures as the texture in the those sheets could wear the bottom dies faster. Let us know of any other questions!
Hi there mate just seen this video I like the idea behind them as I have been thinking on doing some bead roller art works for my UA-cam Channel Wayne's Garage as well for something to sell but at the moment I don't have a lot of money as I'm studying at the moment and live in my workshop so I was wondering if you guys my like to sponsor my channel for these dies at all thanks for your time Wshne

The top roller die is metal or plastic? I have a metal tipping die (very sharp) and leave marks on the metal...

Apreciado amigo deseo saber cómo adquirir estos troqueles o definitivamente hay que mandarlos a fabricar.
How to purchase im from Philippines?
What gage aluminum is for door panels and dash
Will these dies work on mild steel 16 gauge?
You'd want to make sure your bead roller has that matching capacity, but if that's squared away you should be just fine on 16Ga.
Do you pre starch the metal.
WHAT GAUGE SHEETMETAL IS BEING USED HERE? THANKS
Typically Jamey is rolling with .063 aluminum in these demos.
@@Mittlerbros THANK YOU
could you explain how you keep the panel so flat? I have a continues problem with my work curving up on the edges.
Jamey makes many passes at incremental depths to slowly move the material. That really helps keep the panel flat and reduce warping.
Can it use for galvanize sheets?
There shouldn't be any problem in using these with galvanized sheets. With the bottom rolls in the set being nylatron, mind your pressures as the texture in the those sheets could wear the bottom dies faster. Let us know of any other questions!
