Super happy you enjoy my madness!! I have a lot of CRAZY projects coming up after this one and I hope to see you on those later journeys. Thanks for your support!
This is the first video I've watched of yours. Very cool! I started a similar project with a jet ski engine a few months ago. I chopped a triple and a twin to make a 1500 4 cylinder basically the same way you did it. I plan to use 2 twin jugs. I made a billet head and some other cool parts for it. I hade issues with the case warping when I went back to do the inside welds so I had to chop it back in half. I'm not a great welder and I was using mig. Unfortunately I have to put it on hold because life stuff.
Hey thanks for watching! Your 4 cylinder sounds crazy!!!! I was debating putting this in a sea doo myself but I opted otherwise. I would see considerable issues with the crank unless you go billet like your heads. The cranks are good but I have a few that are broken from even just being in a 2 cylinder.... you could also drill a hole with a mill and a carbide bit half and half in the pin and balance then hammer a needle bearing in. That would give you strength and not heat weaken your parts. Just make sure the pin is as far away from the outside diameter as possible. 🙂
Keeping the line bore for the crankshaft straight got to be hard to do and dealing with the coolant ports an keeping everything flat so it seals up when it's all together you got your work cut out for you we will be watching
I love reading comments that notice how much work goes into this and you are absolutely right, it is a nightmare to keep straight with aluminium. Thanks for the support 🙂
Next project should be make a 4 cylinder out of 2 of theses (it might actually be easier) then figure out how to put it into a sled and test ride it for comparison !!!
Omg..... that would be insane but so cool. I was thinking about a 4 banger but there is so little room in there that I decided to go with 3. If I have to do it again, I'll do 4 😉 thanks for watching!!
What you could have done is pulled out the cylinderliner cut both of them in the middle and welded them together. Then resleeve the center one. But it all works ❤ edit: is what I would have said until I saw how complicated that would have been for this setup 😂😅😂
@@TheUn-namedProject the yt channel is called CycleDrag. It's a 7sec h2. All the videos are great, but I recommend watching the REAL SECRET of the world's FASTEST TWO STROKE! that's the one with it.
Finally! You know you are the first to mention something about that!? I'm happy you have a good eye and a bit of knowledge on what a multi meter is for haha! It was honestly just a little segment to try and make people smile. I will be using the multi meter for real pretty soon though when I start messing with the ignition for the thing. Thanks for watching.
I thought of ot trust me lol. This is a set of twins from a ski-doo and they were 800cc. The added cylinder will give me an extra 400cc and around 210hp on 87 octane gas with factory parts. It's just something unique and I wanted to share it ;) Thanks for watching! I really appreciate the support.
I enjoy these types of totally stupid hopeless projects. Makes me happy that here are still people out there building stuff from junk.
Stupid!? Hopeless!? Lol jk I'm happy you like it. I have a few good ones after this too!😎 stick around
I like it too. 😊
Nice
Love the content! Keep it up!

Thank you very much. Your appreciation of my work means a lot to me and is super encouraging. Thanks for your support 🙂
Thank you so much 😀
That's bloody sick man
Hellz yea!
It’s looking like it’s coming together pretty good
Absolutely is. I'm future video content talking here 😉

Ouin mon gars !! Sa va être malade.
I just found out about your channel. But anything 2stroke related I support. Consider me a new subscriber❤
Badass I see. Thank you so much.

Ps, if you look up world's fastest 2 stroke, I think it's a Kawasaki H2 triple with a rotax crank And top end similar to what you're building
I'm on a quest to read about this now! Thank you!
Agreed , the ported cylinder setup is complicated

What was the deal with the multi meter?

I think he was just checking if he was connected to reality,
I much rather make my own reality 😎
Should have just used a 3 cylinder from a snowmobile or waverunner.
