I love Highlands Ranch! It’s a beautiful area that is growing very fast! Price point is a little bit on the higher end being that it is quite upscale area depending on which part you are looking at.

The market certainly just shifted to not having the standard being $20k over asking and limited inspection. There could be a slight decrease like a market correction. Certainly not a market crash or bubble burst though. Best thing to take a look at is the all time low interest rates that give you a lot of purchase power currently and the appreciation you’d get the earlier you buy. Hope that’s helpful!
