I'm little bit confused. Why highlight the red flag instead of Philippines flag. This patriotic song is for the Philippines. The Philippines flag should be highlighted so that people of the world know what is this song for.
Nao-OC ako, I kept hearing "nasakdal" which is incorrect. "Nasadlak" is the word. pet peeve ko yung pinapalitan yung salita ng mga meaningful songs kasi nasasakripisyo yung totoong meaning at nais na ipahatid na mensahe. Don't change the words of these meaningful song for aesthetics. Dun pa lang bagsak na sa akin tong performance na to. They are supposed to know, they are professionals!
While I do not favor such changes, nasakdal and nasadlak both relatively have the same meaning. Nasakdal means fall, while nasadlak means a fall from grace. I understand your feelings about this change, but let us remember that the spirit of the song is much more important than its lyrics. As long as the message is the same, there is no need to bash the change. And might I add that they performed VERY WELL. Kudos to them for their dedication to the history and freedom of the nation.
Salamat sa Diyos for the young who keeps alive the spirit of struggle for freedom in our baying mmagiliw!

I heard the national government of the Philippines sells out their nation to China bit by bit. Maybe has something to do with that (if true)
The purpose of the redflag is simply put the symbolism martyrs of our nation no matter what side, the blood of our nation.
It was lifted up for the national anthem because the anthem on the other hand represents us as a nation more so than anything
Obvious Naman , ayaw lang aminin

I think that was for symbolism? saka this was performed for the celebration of FQS. That kinda explains the rally-like motions of the audience
Symbolic 'alab ng damdamin' at maka-himagsikang panawagan.

Doesn't sound like an alto. More like forced alto
mezzo Soprano?
