Bukti Negara preserves Ulin Sera from West Java, although Ulin (silat) Sera has quite many variations...what is shown is only a style from a lineage developed in Hollands. thanks. hatur nuhun...

In seeing this Video from students of a man called Pendekar. Who made him a Pendekar? That is Steve Osterhof doing most of the work. In all nothing special
You don't "see the specialty of it" because you don't have any understanding of what you are looking at. Plus who are to question who made him Pendekar? Sounds as is you have some type of relation with this style since you've recognized Steve Oosterhof.
