Your words about it being incredible were quite right, dear lady :) This story is one of those that gives me hope that even when we are are at war some of us can still recall what it is to be both human and valorous. It might be a line of Yoda's that "war does not make one great" but I do believe that on occasion it does reveal to us who the great ones are. I was going to ask if you had seen Night Witches, as that is another heart-breaking Sabaton song but I just did a search of your channel and see that you have .. so off I go :D
Thanks Angie! I wasn't a history buff when I was young, but now I love it. My husband's grandfather was gassed in WWI and died before my husband was born. One of my great uncles was killed in WWII, two weeks before the war ended. He built a curio cabinet before he went off to war. I have it in my house and a photograph of him in his uniform. My father-in-law was stationed in Italy during WWII. He returned home unscathed.

When I react to you and others about this story, I always shed a tear. Such a nice story.
Volume between mic and video is so great now👍. Some smart teachers actually use Sabaton in their classrooms.
