“Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow,” could use a reimagining though the film itself is already filmed in a retro style. Just tossing an idea around.

The problem with the 1950s look videos, is that while the colours are good, the actors look good and the aesthetic looks good, the creatures look way too good for the time. Make them look more like the masks and bodysuits worn in 1950s sci-fi and monster flicks and these should be perfect reimaginings.

Great work but the people in AI are unfamiliar. Why not use famous actors / actresses from the 1950s in the AI presentation....for example: Korben Dallas played by Kirk Douglas, Leeloo is portrayed by Marilyn Monroe with red hair dye and so on....
Well, my congratulations to the AI which generated this utterly derivative oeuvre. Their rendering of Corbin Dallas was fine. That dude, if he doesn’t exist, should. 👍

Stop the flickers and lines. Why? It detracts, not adds. The images are pristine, unlike 50's cinema. Why pollute with fake sense of damaged old film? I am not the artist, but I say go for perfection. Focus on the style, not fake flickering of damaged video.

Only suggestion I'd make is to dial down Dallas' muscles a bit. 50s action heroes didn't juice so they were much smaller.
