I love Sam over Duke, but I am extremely biased because i've played/watched more of Serious Sam, over anything that is about Duke Nukem. I suspected Sam would win, I played both games and I say Sam won this one. He went through alot. At least Duke gets his reward from killing aliens. Sam’s reward involves having to kill more aliens because a new threat comes up. Edit: Damn, been a long time since I made that comment. Just beat Serious Sam 4 and Siberian Maybem and I gotta say, I give Serious Sam strength because of that ridiculous ability where you can dual wield heavy weapons like rocket launchers or miniguns.
