I am doing this exercise from last 3 weeks.... I have Indian normal food at morning and afternoon, night I have veg salad.... I totally avoided junk food..... If I crave for something I just prepare something for myself.... In between if I feel hungry I just have dry fruits....and lots of water.... Now I have reduced 3 kgs in 3 weeks i.e from 75 to 72kg.... Am so happy .... Lots of love from India....

I got +/- 4600 steps🎉 maybe my phone doesn’t accurate or something, but it doesn’t matter cause it is near to 5000 ✨ And i enjoyed this workout a lot!❤

Mild, but I can definitely feel that you worked out after words. I honestly have been following someone else, and i didn't have the same effect as i do with doing these workouts.
The counter counts 100 Steps, I count 70 steps, at the end you probably just did 3500 steps and not 5000. To reach 10000 steps, you have to do the video trice.
I Enjoyed this so much…finding time to workout with a Bub is tricky but I was able to do the whole workout while holding my Bub 😊. It wasn’t rigorous so he wasn’t fussy at all. So glad I found your channel xx
This was perfect to finish up my steps for today! Took some of my steps with @Zhervera's Christmas dance workout which was very fun, but wasn't enough for me. So, I decided to finish up with your video and that was a great idea! Thanks 💝
