- My Ola S1 pro's temporary registration was expiring on 04/02/2022. After pressurising many times Ola guys given my details to the local agent just one day before the expiry date. I had to physically attend the inspection by the motor vehicle inspector. Previously Ola guys promised they will do the all registration and number plate fixing process and we don't have to face the difficulties. I didn't received my number plate for 8 days after registration and my scooter was laying idle at home. I have complained many times but Ola champion said it is not their responsibility. It will be done by a third party named Shimnit. Finally my Ola champion called me and asked me to go to a place that is around 24km away from my home. After reaching there and waiting for around 2hrs, they told me that my number plate is not there. It was wrongly sent to Kottayam!. They told me to comeback after 2-3 days. This is ridiculous. I am wasting my time for nothing and I am unable to use the scooter without number plates. This is also making me financial losses too.
എന്റെ Ola S1 പ്രോയുടെ താൽക്കാലിക രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ 04/02/2022-ന് കാലഹരണപ്പെടുകയായിരുന്നു. പലതവണ സമ്മർദം ചെലുത്തിയ ശേഷം Ola ഗയ്‌സ് കാലഹരണപ്പെടുന്നതിന് ഒരു ദിവസം മുമ്പ് പ്രാദേശിക ഏജന്റിന് എന്റെ വിശദാംശങ്ങൾ നൽകി. മോട്ടോർ വെഹിക്കിൾ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറുടെ പരിശോധനയിൽ എനിക്ക് ശാരീരികമായി പങ്കെടുക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു. എല്ലാ രജിസ്ട്രേഷനും നമ്പർ പ്ലേറ്റ് ഫിക്സിംഗ് പ്രക്രിയയും തങ്ങൾ ചെയ്യുമെന്ന് മുമ്പ് Ola ഗൈസ് വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തിരുന്നു, ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ നേരിടേണ്ടതില്ല. രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ കഴിഞ്ഞ് 8 ദിവസമായിട്ടും എന്റെ നമ്പർ പ്ലേറ്റ് കിട്ടിയില്ല, എന്റെ സ്കൂട്ടർ വീട്ടിൽ വെറുതെ കിടന്നു. ഞാൻ പലതവണ പരാതിപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്, എന്നാൽ ഓല ചാമ്പ്യൻ പറഞ്ഞു, ഇത് തങ്ങളുടെ ഉത്തരവാദിത്തമല്ല. ഷിംനിറ്റ് എന്ന മൂന്നാം കക്ഷിയാണ് ഇത് ചെയ്യുന്നത്. അവസാനം എന്റെ ഓല ചാമ്പ്യൻ എന്നെ വിളിച്ച് എന്റെ വീട്ടിൽ നിന്ന് ഏകദേശം 24 കിലോമീറ്റർ അകലെയുള്ള ഒരു സ്ഥലത്തേക്ക് പോകാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. അവിടെ എത്തി ഏകദേശം 2 മണിക്കൂർ കാത്തിരുന്നപ്പോൾ എന്റെ നമ്പർ പ്ലേറ്റ് ഇല്ലെന്ന് അവർ പറഞ്ഞു. അത് തെറ്റായി കോട്ടയത്തേക്ക് അയച്ചു!. 2-3 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞ് തിരിച്ചുവരാൻ അവർ എന്നോട് പറഞ്ഞു. ഇത് പരിഹാസ്യമാണ്. ഞാൻ വെറുതെ സമയം കളയുകയാണ്, നമ്പർ പ്ലേറ്റ് ഇല്ലാത്ത സ്കൂട്ടർ ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. ഇത് എനിക്കു സാമ്പത്തിക നഷ്ടം ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.

ഞാൻ S1 ആയിരുന്നു ബുക്ക് ചെയ്ത് 20000/- അഡ്വാൻസ് അടിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് S1 Pro വേണമെന്നുണ്ട്. മെയിൽ അയച്ചപ്പോൾ പറയുന്നത് നിങ്ങൾ 30000/- അടക്കുമ്പോൾ S1 Pro ലേക്ക് അപ്ഡേഷൻ തരും എന്നാണ്. പക്ഷേ S1 Pro ൽ ലഭ്യമായ കളറുകൾ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുവാൻ ആപ് മുഖേന കഴിയുന്നില്ല. S1 ലുള്ള 5 കളറുകൾ മാത്രം. ഇതിന് എന്താണ് പരിഹാരം, കസ്റ്റമർ കെയറിൽ വിളിച്ചിട്ടും പരിഹാരമായില്ല

നിങൾ കളർ change ചെയ്യാൻ വേണ്ടി mail ചെയ്തു നോക്കൂ.കുറച്ചു ആളുകൾക്ക് മാറ്റി കിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. Pro യിലേക്ക് പിന്നീട് upgrade ചെയ്യാം.
@Habis I have got a tax invoice from Ola of Rs. 1,03,999, while I made a, total payment of Rs 1,48,325 for S1Pro. Customer support said there will be a couple more invoices that will rectify the amount before delivery. Is that so? How was your bill generated?

@@Habistech Thank you for the details. Things are clear now. Ola customer care aalkkarrku onnu ariyilla. They say, it maybe a mistake or this is our procedure, will issue new invoice on delivery and so on. No use talking to them.

ശരിക്കും 2 ആഴ്ചയിൽ താഴെ മതി. പക്ഷേ ഓലയുടെ registartion process ഒക്കെ ഇപ്പൊ തലകുത്തി മറിഞ്ഞ് ആണ് ഉള്ളത്. Dispatch കഴിഞ്ഞ് ഒരു മാസം കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ടും 90% ആളുകൾക്കും വണ്ടി കിട്ടിയിട്ടില്ല

Most of us are in the same boat. I think Ola is just declaring the dispatch to avoid cancellation by the customers. We don't know if it is dispatched yet or not. It's almost 3 weeks now since final payment.
ഇൻഷുറൻസ് അവർ ഇഷ്യൂ ചെയ്ത് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുകയാണ്. കുറെ ആളുകൾക്ക് വന്നു കുറെ ആളുകൾക്ക് ഇനിയും ബാക്കി ഉണ്ട്. ഇൻഷുറൻസ് നേരത്തെ വരാതിരിക്കുന്നത് ആണ് നല്ലത്. ഏതായാലും 3-4 ആഴ്ച സമയം അവർ ആദ്യമേ പറയുന്നുണ്ട്. അതിനുള്ളിൽ എല്ലാം റെഡി ആവുമായിരിക്കും

@@Habistech Oh, that's nice. Somone said that the insurance is taken while the vehicle leaves the factory. My dispatch date is 31st and as I did not get insurance details, I was worried if my vehicle has not left the factory. Thank you for the information. 👍
