I absolutely agree with you. I'd rather spend an evening or any spare time watching Gary here cook like a true Southern man does than spend ANY amount of time watching any of the so-called "well known chefs/cooks" we all know and hear so much more about....*looking at you a certain British foul language using, bougie chef from...ahem ahem "Hell" let's say...*

Looks good. Add a can of drained corn or small pkg of frozen corn (thawed), a can of rinsed and drained black beans, some sliced/drained black olives. Yeah buddy

I would have to bake mine after cooking on the stove top and put a butt load of shredded Mexican cheese on top and of course I would use my homemade taco seasoning

I like that he makes things that are easy and practical. Like I could actually see myself making this.
I call mine south west sketti or taco pie if I bake it in a casserole dish, along with the rotel I like to use salsa to replace the red gravy of italian style spaghetti . When I make taco pie, I mix the spaghetti and meat mix with some cheese add a layer of crushed doritos to the casserole , lay on the pasta mix, cover with more cheese and bake until the cheese melts then cover with more crushed doritos. My kids always loved it and now the gbrats devour it... To me the difference between this and Mo Goulash is the seasonings and sauce..

I waited nearly a week for my shopping trip to come around just so I could try this, and I FINALLY got to make this today. I thought this was absolutely delicious. It was so simple and easy to make especially since your directions are easy to follow. I did add corn because I love corn, and it was still so good. Thank you so much for sharing. You got to try Chili Spaghetti, it is the bomb! Just boil some pasta, pour a can of chili over it, with or without beans. Add some raw onions, cheddar cheese, and a spoon of sour cream if you like. Don't forget the Louisiana hot sauce! It is sooooo goood!!

Reminds me of Gold Star Chili which is basically chili beans on spaghetti noodles with cheese, onions, etc. This taco version looks really good.
For some odd reason I thought their might b a tostada shell under that perfectly round mound of spaghetti.

Suggestion you should cook your pasta in chicken broth it gives it a great flavor. That taco spaghetti looks good. I'm gonna try it.
