Well, I can read the specs myself, but what's the difference between the two inside? What is the technical difference? Why is the energy density better? Are they all produced together and then sorted into MB31 and LF280K afterwards?
The materials used are different, so the energy density is different. If you need to know what material it is, I'm afraid I can't help you here, because this is the core secret of the battery factory and is not open to the public.
@@starmaxenergy I think it's the manufacturing process itself. The stacking process results in many advantages without changing the cell chemistry itself. The structure makes the difference. Higher energy density due to the compact arrangement of the layers. Better cooling enables more efficient heat dissipation. The homogeneous layering leads to uniform pressure and good contact between the layers. The current conductors are more evenly distributed in stacked cells and better connected to the electrodes. This reduces the overall internal resistance, which minimizes heat generation and increases the service life.
Although the MB31 is advertised as having a larger capacity than the MB30, from various videos I have seen, both seem to have a capacity of around 330Ah. Why is this the case? When looking at the official datasheets from EVE, there are hardly any differences apart from the nominal capacity and the number of charge-discharge cycles (MB30: 306Ah, 10,000 cycles; MB31: 314Ah, 8,000 cycles), which I find puzzling.
Hi friend, this is not advertised as higher capacity, from EVE company document, the MB 31 is higher capacity than MB 30. Do you need specification for reference?
@@starmaxenergy I understand what you are saying. In the Version A datasheet from EVE that I checked, the MB31 is also listed as having a larger capacity than the MB30. However, for some reason, Andy from Off-grid Garage, who received the batteries from Qso, as well as the promotional video from Docan Power, both show that they can extract more than 330Ah from the MB30, which is supposed to be 304Ah. Of course, it's possible that they might be selecting particularly high-quality cells to measure capacity, but... What was the average actual capacity of the MB30 cells measured at your honest shop?
@@nx-6 at present we didn’t take MB30 from EVE, so I’m not sure the real capacity it is. From our stock of MB31 testing report, 330ah above to 339Ah max. But this is from EVE factory testing. I will ask our factory to test our stock of MB 31 with 30A 2.5-3.65V and to see how is the real capacity.
@@starmaxenergy Well, considering that both the capacity and the number of life cycles are sufficiently high, it may not be something I need to worry about too much. I'll get a quote from your store on Alibaba. Thank you.

Hello friend, shipping cost depend on weight 15-20USD around )
Great video. You explained very well.
thank you!
Do you have bis certificate?
This tool cannot measure accurately resistance below 0.30 mOhm. It says so in its datasheet.
Shipping cost almost 26 bucks per cell - really?
