I enjoy your videos more than anything related to photography on social media! Can't say enough how much I'd like you to change your mind and start organizing photo tours and workshops!
Hey Mitchell, I have been following you since 2012. I just searched my old email account and saw that my first purchases were ebooks about post-processing and light. Back then I was in the '"discovery" phase of my journey, and the most important thing that I learnt was that I could downscale my equipment and still take amazing photos. I love that you made your personal tactics really accessible. I paid a bargain price of $24 for those two ebooks! The second game changer for me was your photo editing training and especially the release of your presets. It made me look at my photos in another way. I don't necessarily retain absolutely everything that you say in each resource but I have learnt a lot and love that you continue to be a part of my journey. I am off the Middle East soon in my first major trip since November 2019 i.e. just before covid appeared. I am taking your latest video training with me!
I have learned so much from this photographer. I highly recommend his video classes. I have purchased all of them so far and do not regret it. I need to revisit some of them.
A comprehensive philosophy of photography resides in this man’s mind. These lessons are worth every moment and every $. Go to his site and look at his other classes also. I’ve learned so much from him. And he is honest.
Exceptional! No one teaches the way Mitchell does. I have read and reread the entire couse at least 3 times now. I am now at the point of trying to find the soul in my photos by using so many of the cues that Mitchell teaches. His teaching, although directly related to travel documentary photography, is so helpful to me in my own everyday attempts at capturing inspiring photos as I document my family events and happening around town. I have purchased and devoured his other 2 courses as well. Beautiful and inspiring. All of his courses have helped guide me in becoming a better photographer.
I have been following Mitchell for almost 10 years, and his work is great! He is an amazing photographer and communicator. Thanks for sharing your experience!
What I really like about your photography and especially the explanations behind them is how they appear 'more real' than real life. Everything is intentional and befitting the subject/situation. Other videos often show how you do composition and cool editing techniques, but they usually forget the 'why' of the application, and focus solely on the 'how'. That's not wrong, but to me it usually lacks a bit of grounding and connection that, in comparison, you never fail to show. I have enjoyed the course immensely, and I'm trying to begin applying it in practice, but there is so much to unpack that it will take quite a while. And I really like that. It really is a journey in itself, instead of a 'fast ride' like most courses.
Thanks so much for your kind words. The 'why' is important. Only the 'how' is OK, but there comes a time when we want more. I'm glad that there's much to unpack. That's the idea. Honestly, I'm still perfecting, refining these ideas myself, so it's a never-ending journey.
I always listen to your stories with great pleasure, not only from a professional point of view, but as an art of transmitting information and a great desire to share this information with a huge of people. Everything reminds me of radio productions from the 60s and 70s with the participation of some significant author or writer. And as a result, you are together with the heroes at the same place, you heart is beating the the charecters I wish you great success and, most importantly, emotional and physical health. God bless
I've always considered alot of photography advice so obvious and not that useful... this... this is actually insanely useful and really explains why i enjoy your photos, even if i didn't know exactly why at first. Thats Mitchell.
Simply the best photography teacher on UA-cam. NOBODY else comes close. His courses definitely improved my game so much.
Thanks so much.
This seems so fishy and scammy.

Has anyone seen the entire series of these videos? What do you think? Are you ready to start using these ideas in your photography?

Everyone's POV is different, but certain common things trigger us visually as people.
I’ve watched most - if not all - of your videos here and I’m always impressed with your method of explaining and showing your ideas and vision…
Thank you!
