I think as people we need to realize that we've all been through things and will go through things. When it comes to relationships both men or women can be toxic and anyone can fall victim. The key is as people is to learn to heal childhood traumas and relationship traumas.

McG has some great energy that let people be comfortable enough to disclose things they don't talk about. When somebody says "it's my first time talking about this" I get the impression that they have been holding on that certain story for a long time and they have found a comfortable space to share it. One painful thing about many of our fellow people is treating triggering questions that infact intend to help us correct and align ourselves as judgement and we become too defensive without seeking clarity...this is was amazing conversation once again gents...
