gogetters who are knowlegeable can solve the problem of the person with a victim mentality. If a person says his/her trauma time and time again the reason is because the listeners don't approve of that person's feeling or demand. If you want examples look in politics! Naomi you sexy.
So if personal development is outward success, then it seems that a lot of people who are [outwardly] successful have horrendous inner torments. Hence there are disclosures like Diddy and Epstein - these people have bad secrets, bad temperaments, bad predilections. Now, conversely if I look at the bible and see the "well rounded" people who did the "inner work" (obeying God, getting in alignment with that), they seem to often times meet with outward failure, rejection, and even some kind of weird cosmic resistance to them getting on the in the world [successfully]. So I am happy always to "work on me" to "get better" and all that, but I don't assume it will lead to better outcomes in life unless that measure is just being a better person. This is not meant to be a hard critique, just my thought of what really happens to people who work on themselves truthfully and live right.
I completely agree that a lot of people who are outwardly successful have horrendous inner torments. I actually believe interanal personal development (which is what I speak on) creates inward success, which then can reap benefits in our external, but not everyone who's financially successful has done the inner work. I believe external failures always indicator that the inner work didnt benefit as It may not show as an initial better outcomes but I believe it equipts you to moving towards those outcomes. Thanks for your input!
