Wow! I've spent the last few days watching videos to get inspiration for this year's ornaments.. and out of all these videos, this is my number one favourite.
It'll leave me thinking the whole night what piece of clothing should I sacrifice 😂 .. but it'll be worth it if it turns out good 🤞🤞

This is so beautiful!!!
Wow, just wow!!! After I saw your video with the velvet texture christmass ball i was totally on love with velvet ornaments. But I didn´t want to buy plastic velvet powder. (microplastics) But this method will work great! i have old, red velvet at home and will just make a simple pattern, perhaps, and cover the ornaments in velvet. perfect! yours turned out amazing. very detailed!
I love it! Congratulations!

Hi Irene, absolutely beautiful. I remwmber you making ones like this before. When I watched you make these for whatever reason I thought of Christmas carol. Which just happens to be my favourite film, so win win. Thank you for sharing. Luv from the UK
Your ornaments are just beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing how to make this. I’m going to try to make these for Christmas as gifts and I’m also gonna do some air dry clay, ball/globe ornaments. Hey, I found a substitute for contour paint here in the United States. What I found is A product called Modena paste. It is an air dry polymer clay paste made in Japan. What’s wonderful about this product is that appears to be the same consistency to your contour paint, but it is an air dry polymer clay paste. All I have to do is just add acrylic paint or gouache paint in my desired color and make a tiny coronet piping bag.
I have never seen this done before. Your work is amazing. I so have to try this. It's gorgeous!
Beautiful! Your creativity is amazing ❤
Hi, just wanted to check if this comment is from you, as I noticed the account name in the attached comment is different.
Irene my congrats dear.. you made them lovely... Every year I like to create some new embellishments for my Christmas tree and now most of them are handmade... With this technique I made just a few... but I love them... I really believe you are so talented and I wish you this channel to be as successful as your other one.... You always have my best greetings from Greece Xrisa ❤️💓❤️💓❤️
Thanks a lot Xrisa!!
So gorgeous! There is nothing your mind and hands can’t do!
These are so beautiful. I thought I had a lot of patience but you far exceed me. I will keep watching.
This is a technique I have news seen before. Beautiful work.
😍
Irina, you are such an unusual combination of talent, good taste, didactic clarity and generosity, it makes me want to send Y♥️U all the best for 2023! Thanks for all you share in this community!
xx
Thank you so much! Happy New Year!
Wow - these look amazing! I’m so surprised by what they are made of, & totally inspired to try the same technique. Thank you! 💐
Absolutely beautiful, thank you so much for sharing
Absolutely wonderful! If you add white berries to the round leaves bunches, it will make it look like sprigs of Mistletoe.
You're right! I forgot about misletoe as it doesn't grow here)))
Very beautiful. I can’t wait to try it.
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Wow! These are stunningly beautiful! ❤
These are so beautiful, I will definitely be making them for gifts to friends and family, thank you so much for sharing x
they are gorgeous!!!!! you are so talented and your work is amazing! I Can't wait to try this!
Ooooh, these are absolute masterpieces, brava ❤️
Well these are just beautiful! I thought about all of the old but still gorgeous blouses I don't wear anymore and the Fabrics that they're made from. Now I have a use for them! I was so happy to hear you say the ornaments would look more handmade. I hear so many people say it will look more store-bought if you do so and so. I thought the whole idea behind DIY was not to look store-bought. Maybe just a verbal discrepancy but I think the handmade look is what gives DYI of all types it's beautiful character. I'm going to show this to my stepmother who is visiting soon and we will make these together. First I'm going to find the proper tools. Incredibly I have some steel manicuring tools and some Jewelers tools that may work. Another great video Irene!... oh that's funny right after I posted this I heard you say you were using a silk shirt that was too small!
Thanks a lot! I think we're too much into "machines" work now, so a little "handmade" touch is a great idea) I'm searching for antique lace for dressing the dolls for my new restoration project and I was blown away how elaborate those ancient lace and embroidery are! They are much more beautiful than any store-bought modern lace... It's a pity we've lost this art now..
@@IrenesDIY so true. Nice to see you brings such things back to the forefront!
😲😍🥰🤩
Spectacular! Beautiful work. 😁💕
*_Absolutely Gorgeous Irene !!!_💖*
Hi where do you get the balls from please, these are beautiful 😊
Love the ornaments with tucked in fabric. Is there a name for that technique?
This technique comes from Japan, and you can find it under the name "kimekomi"
Y que haces después con esto lo vendes?
Amazing!
Irene i have watched this video several times before as i find it so beautiful. I also watched some of your other videos and you are so talented. I love this one so much that i'm going to attempt it. I have to say that it was a lovely shock to hear the video with an English voice. Take care Irene and thank you so much for sharing your talent with us. Shirley from the UK.
