Greetings from Barcelona-Spain. In my country they don't fix the machine at home, at most what they do is take it to the workshop and then they tell you that it can't be fixed. No one has ever repaired my washing machine, or changed the bearings (they are the hangers on the drum that makes it rotate and can wash. Great after-sales service. I would like it for myself. 👏👏
In India too, we won't find any skilled workers, technicians who can repair a machine at home, be it a washing machine or fridge or TV or a mixer grinder. They just bluff you with several fictitious reasons and advise you to replace all major parts.
We are Lucky. In Russia no body will unscrew hole machin.. But fix bearing, or change pump, brush in the motor - no problem. Onestly, i can do It by myself. Cause was born in ussr. New generation home units unfortunately no repаired
Here the technician tell you mother board nd to replace COST is high like

We have a appliance repair shop mostly washers ( we work on all house electronics except tv's) and our moto is " there is nothing that can't be fixed " its just is the costumer ready to pay for it even if its too much ?

Here in the USA, we don't repair anything anymore. Everything seems to get hucked in the trash when it fails. It's a shame. Glad to see that appliances and whatnot are still serviceable and able to stay in use for many years. I remember as a kid back in the 80's the clothes washer was almost 30 years old and still operating well.
Truth! They don't make them like they use to. A washer in the 80's would last 20-30+ years!
it is not because they dont want to repair it . it is about the cost of this kind of service here in the state gonna cost as much as a new washer .
This is not about repair thing or costs. It's all about sanitstion matter i guess. After few years of use appliances such as air conditioner or washer, oven we(Koreans)'d like clean the whole set of machines cause of dusts, fungus etcetera... of course we don't wear shoes in the house for the same reasons. Also whole bathroom should be washable. Imagine wipe hands with chemicals without water entire of your life?
세탁기 고치는게 아니고 곰팡이때 청소하는거에요. It's about washing of washer, not about repair.
Here in India we can repair almost anything ... Till each and every part of the machine gives up... typical washing machine still lasts for 10-15 yr here

Fantastic work fixing that washing machine. In the USA, we too often trash them and buy a new one. I really liked how hard you worked to keep their home clean.
In the USA, having someone come onsite, spend several hours taking a washing machine apart, clean and put them all back, is going to cost as much as buying a new one.

Same here in Indonesia. Or maybe someone who learned, self teaching people or few people who taught like he did. It doesn't matter if they're not famous (in terms of 'they know this workers'), as long as their works are professional, can be trusted and friendly, I'm ok with it ^^
They dont do this in the uk either, everyone just throws them out and buys a new one ...... we should have services like this

세탁끝나고 나면 빈세탁통에 행굼1번 탈수후 뚜껑열어서 건조. 이렇게 하면 오염도를 좀 더 늦춰줄 수 있다고 어디서 주워들은거 같아요
제일 중요한건 고농축 섬유유연제의 정량사용이에요 대체로 섬유유연제 찌꺼기가 남아서저렇게 되니까요

Eu já desmontei a minha máquina várias vezes para troca de peças... eu não consigo nem imaginar o valor que foi cobrado mediante o trabalho que é pra desmontar, e lembrando que marcas diferentes tem ferramentas e formas diferentes de retirada do cesto. Sinceramente, não acho que ficou menos de (proporcionalmente) R$1.000,00, e eie ainda fez isso tudo em um espaço minúsculo, eu desmontei no quintal.

It does... My Samsung top loader has a self cleaning "pure cycle".. also, Tide has powder packets to clean the washing machine. My Samsung has been working since 2008.... that's 13 years... It came with a 10 year warranty... Frigidaire is junk.. it is cheap to buy but breaks down fast. I had a $300 Amana dishwasher.. it was amazingly good.. never a problem.. but it hiked up our energy bill so I wash by hand.

Это японские(корейские) ваздушно-пузырьковые машинки, в них нет нагревательного тена ,нет накипи,ани стирают холодной (не выше 50 градусов) водой любым порошком ,грязь собирается в мешочек ,как правило они пристегиваются прямо к крану ,после стирки отстегиваются ,они лёгкие около 10кг. В РФ производятся в Приморье под брендом "океан" или деу.

Стирает , действительно , только холодной водой, но мы , в своё время, надевали шланг на кран и включали горячую воду
Качество стирки меня не устраивало , да и воды много нужно .

В чём мастерство? Он всего навсего разобрал, помыл, собрал.Для всей этой работы нужна лишь добросовестность и аккуратность.
Не хочу никого огорчать - но это не мастерство.....
Это обычные рабочие будни.
Разборное все а унас одноразовые вот и отличие наши мастера из одноразового делают конфетки
МР МР, самое интересное сколько он бабла "наварил" с этой разборки и сборки, наверное цена новой машинки.

플라스틱 세탁통을 세척하실때 고압세척기 보다는 플라스틱 솔을 이용하여 탈수 모드로 놓으시고 닦으시는 것이 더 좋겠고요.
앞치마를 하나 장만하셔서 착용하시면 옷에 물이 튀는 것을 많이 막아 준답니다.
요즘은 코로나 관계로 마스크를 착용하니까 문제 없지만 고압세척기로 작업하시면
미세한 분말이 호흡기로 인체에 들어오게 됩니다.
세재와 오염의 미세한 분말이 호흡기를 통하여 채내로 들어오기 때문에 고압세척 작업시 반드시 마스크를 착용하시기 권합니다.
플라스틱 세탁통 바깥으로 물이 흘러 내리면 통 아래쪽 모터에 물이 들어가게 되어 고장의 원인이 될 수도 있습니다....

Hello from Colombia I am an appliances technician from 2008 and here plenty of people have tried to repair their appliances cuase we can afford a new one.
Look, I learned how to disassemble my washing machine, replace parts, change transmission... and it's a hell of a job! I did half the work this guy did, there's no way this is going to be cheap.

Expensive work if you were in the USA, here I actually buy a tablet that you put in with hot water and it cleans the machine, also vinegar with baking soda will clean a washer

Very nice processing
This is stuff we do not have time to do ourselves but should as it is really expensive. It would be nice to know the range of cost for such work. I know it should be 3-5 time more expensive in places like Washington DC
