Just saw your video. What a beautiful house. So much bigger inside than you would imagine. Also the price is very reasonable. I don't know why Toll Brothers don't build homes like this in Las Vegas. The ones in Vegas are so cheap looking, yet more expensive. I suppose that Denton is a smaller city in Texas and therefore the prices of homes are lower than Fort Worth or Dallas.
Oh for sure - definitely bigger on the inside. I can’t believe how expensive those Toll homes get out there in Las Vegas! It’s a bit South of Denton, but not bad at all to get to places.

Very nice home and floor plan. Quite deceiving from the front exterior.
For sure! I was surprised it was a two story home from the front facade. It was a happy surprise.
