So essentially, any bigger all in one lithium battery would be comprised of, for example, many of those smaller batteries, plus the bms, plus the balancer all inside. But you pay a premium for that (this system was less than half the price of a comparable powered large battery) and there are also considerations around flexibility of install too. So that is one big battery just without the outer case. Simplified explanation but does that make sense?
