I bought a generic Chinese made one of these to see how much power my devices were using on standby. It worked correctly for about 3 months. About 4 months in, I tried to use it, and it would display various things but not the wattage being drawn ... which was what I wanted to know. I thought I could get an idea of why everything was working apart from the wattage measurement from your teardown, to maybe fix it. Anyhow, I've just plugged it in again and now it doesn't even display a single thing, so I think it's a bust. More high quality landfill waste 😕👍
Bummer. Perhaps check out the more recent video I made on a MEECHER power analyzer. It is more generic, and there are many similar versions with different trade names. If it is similar to that one, it might be something as simple as bad solder joint on the power monitoring IC, or maybe the display zebra strip has come loose... Hard to say without seeing it. But maybe give that video a watch. Thanks for watching!
To those watching at home, the model 4460 looks similar internally. And thanks for the teardown!

One K-A-W video showed the film cap had failed mostly open ... you might do a search for that repair.
This was in my recommendation
