Charming, of course! Of all the piano pieces I play, these relatively "easy" Mozart sonatas always bend the greatest number of ears and bring the most smiles... maybe it's because Mozart tends to sound like something one already knows; it's all very "catchy"... it seems that it's much easier to hum along to a previously unheard Mozart tune than it would be to one by Bach, Beethoven or Debussy even. (Like Mozart, Verdi also has a lot of tunes that capture the "pop" ideal as well; people KNOW Verdi, even if they don't know they know, you know?)
Not sure what you're referring to so here goes: UA-cam uses software that will automatically check uploaded videos for copyrighted material; change the pitch, and you now have something completely new and original. Transposing is learning to change music that is, say for example, one semitone up, to it's original key signature. So if a piece is in G major, you could change it to D major and it would sound relatively the same, just starting the major scale on a different note is all.
I suspect this recording is sped up a little since it is about half a tone higher than my newly tuned piano as is very fast. Barenboim’s sonata 5 is in tune and a little slower.
Probably from the entire 1st collection of sonatas, no. 5 is the sonata with more personality and Mozartian style. With two extreme virtuosistic movements, the central movement suggests in many moments its own piece of chamber music. This is the complete analysis of the sonata harmoniaalaula.blogspot.com/p/sonata-per-piano-num-5-en-sol-m-kv-283.html
The pitch is changed so that no one can claim a copyright infringement. Stop learning to play by ear or learn to transpose... ya friggin' musical parrots.
I've played this one. I love this rendition, it is light and sparkling.

It's tricky if we're asked to transpose a perfect 5th up or down.
