Albania is 99% White & Albania doesn't get too many black tourist - so the Albanian curiosity toward you as a Black Man is not because you are 'hated' is because you are different when it comes to your skin appearance. That's how it is in every country. Same thing will happen to you if you one day visit Boise, Idaho in America which is very white -- locals will stare at you. New York City is very different from most of small town cities in America. In New York or Los Angeles nobody will look at you but in Boise, Idaho or Helena, Montana wherever you go you will be 'suspiciously' watched.
