11-year-old hit by stray bullet on Independence Day

An 11-year-old boy is recovering today after being struck by a stray bullet.
Jataeviuos Ragsdale, who was one of many people shot in the city on July 4 and July 5, was a walk-in patient at Community East Hospital after being struck by a bullet.

I was a Fiber Optic linesman and was called out often on holidays for cable repairs from bullets coming down onto the fiber lines and cutting the fibers. It's so dangerous to shoot bullets in the air , totally ignorant reckless
