Drake did this on purpose. I belive its his new style of doing collabs which is what he has showed us in these past 5 yrs with collab albums which he likes doing now. He lets the featured artist set the vibe and he goes with the flow. I belive since hes bored from all his success hes trying somthing new where he leaves the concept of the song to the featured rapper whether it be 21,yeat, Cole, future, Blockkboy JB, Game, French Montanna, Migos ect. Hes having fun letting other guys set the pace and its up to him to keep up with them. He also gets a kick out of showing love to his peers who are new in the game or established but dont have his level of fame regardles if they are more/less talented. Its like a father letting his kids sit with him in the car and pretend his driving lol
