Hey Davy. Some of my favorite Box sets is a limited edition version of Jurassic Park. And a universel Monsters Blu ray box. And a blue ray box with a lot of akira kurosawa. And i also have a Danish TV show Matador on a very cool DVD box. And the video was great you guys have a very nice Box sets.
@@MrSweenie It's working fine on my channel. I've no idea why - Pete says it sounds fine when we're taping. SOT is on Streamyard now though, don't know if that's anything to do with it.
Always love The Monster's Den and boxed sets save you money and shelf space, if you buy wisely. Great to see the full crew and hear their picks, thank you guys.
I applaud all of you for your knowledge and dedication to these videos and your love to these movies and shows. Jamie, the time you spend on your collection at home and your presentations on the shows are not lost on me…awesome, awesome, awesome. Thank you gentlemen for your shows, knowledge and presentations.
You guys at full strength talking boxed sets? What a great and long episode with some recommendations that I will have to act on. I have just bought the original Star Trek TV series on blu-ray, a delight. And as a ‘by the way,' the Paul Naschy episode you did some time ago is one of my most watched and I would love the full team to pick their favourites, I just can’t get enough!
Wish it was still on - Reviewing Crew only do new stuff and a lot is just things Peter does, or death/doom. Was a good team but David and Jamie the best which is why we see them still
@@OveR1978 I reviewed Willie Nelson, Bon Jovi, Pearl Jam...and even Taylor Swift. There's also a lot of prog that gets reviewed. When Davy is on he touches base with indie rock. So I think we cover a wide variety of musical styles.
After the two tv movies, the first Columbo « episode » is directed by Steven Spielberg. There’s also an episode directed by Jeannot Szwarc (Jaws2) ; and i remember that in the episode with Jose Ferrer as the murderer, there’s a character of a young genious boy that they named « Steven Spielberg » 😉 There’s also an episode directed by Jonathan Demme (Silence of the Lamb) and a bunch by Ted Post, Ben Gazzara or by/with Patrick McGoohan 🤓
Anyone got the black Friday the 13th tin ? It came out in 2012 for about £60 , then went out of print and was £300 , up to £600 after that. I got one off Ebay for £200.
Is that the same Walter Hill.... the Warriors... 48 Hrs. Hard times... the long Riders... extreme prejudice ... trespass... the getaway the Steve McQueen version!... he always had my respect.
BATMAN The Animated Series, all four seasons in one MASSIVE Box Set- the best box set in my collection.
I love Davy (especially) and Dan, Jamie, and Hail The King Alo, but Craig has been an awesome addition to the show. Always so enjoyable

I just ordered the Fu Manchu boxset based on your recommendation. Looking forward to it!
@Davy: Your mic has been sounding really muffled and low res recently, is it properly connected

I love the big Gamera Blu-Ray boxed set that Davy showed! I dig Kaiju! Cool stuff all around! - Heather
Great show! Top work Craig ☺️

Great show! My blu-ray box sets that I'm proud to have our, The Warriors, Conan The Barbarian, Tremors, Lord Of The Rings.
Great show !
I love The Black Gestapo!
What’s funny is that I was just thinking about the Curse of the Collector series that you used to do earlier today

King Chris Alo went full on Rich Katino. Love you man.
The Monster Den is a pretty solid crew.
Smart haircut, Davey
Big fan of Columbo!
Enjoy 😊

Jeannot Szwarc was a great director on Rod Serling's Night Gallery. He did almost every famous episode for that show.
Now Davy and Craig look like twins! 😊
Not quite 😂
Is CHris OK? Been on about half of the last 10 episodes, now very quiet most times and this time got the wrong topic.
I gots the olds...

It's not easy being King.
@@mattcarlock443 *Mel Brooks voice* "It's good to be the King!" 😂
I need that MAXXXINE review! It’s been a pretty divisive movie on social media and I need to hear all of your thoughts on it.
I'm sure we will but we all need to see new films which isn't easy - and when they're streaming it's easier for the audience too.
I am anxiously awaiting your review of long legs. Maybe you guys could have a special extra quick video on this.
Who was playing bass when Davy was doing his picks? around the 33:49 mark
I have the Columbo set on DVD, I’ll have to watch it. Jaime, is the TZ set worth the upgrade to Blu Ray? Thanks!
To me, everything is worth an upgrade from DVD to bluray...if you like it enough.
@@Jamie.Laszlo I am a TZ fan par excellence, so I will look to upgrade. Thanks for the heads up!

That whole entire Gamera box set cost an arm and a leg for that whole kit and kaboodle , nice box set to have but I’ll take a pass on that 😳
