This car has so many cool features. The only thing you missed is the glass door in the back. There’s a small black button on the trunk that opens the back glass with struts for if you have long cargo and don’t want to leave the trunk open while you drive. This car also has remote start with the limited model, just push the lock button 3 times and then hold it until your car beeps again.
My 2009 Model's back gate is broken twice. The price to fix is $7K. This first time was paid by Toyota. This time is me to pay. I don't have $7K.

My mom has a 2008 highlander V6 4wd limited it’s the fully loaded one. Nav, sunroof, heated seats , rear screen, push to start, etc

@@SpeddyEddy thanks for cleaning that up. Because 4wd is Not the same as AWD. Toyota made a dirty marketing trick here by putting on the back of this SUV 4wd. if this SUV is a full time AWD and becomes 4wd Only when you hit the snow traction button then by all means it is only AWD WITH traction mode and that is how it should have been labeled and marketed. With 4wd you can switch between 2wd and 4wd to save fuel and you can also control the differential when driving on hills, snow, mud, off road, dirt road etc.. Big difference between 4wd and AWD. People should be careful of this dirty marketing tricks.
Solid review, but at 1:37 you say "6 speed automatic" but the 2GR-FE is matted to a 5 speed automatic it these highlander

Lauren, I test drove a base model 2 days ago that did not have the control option on the steering wheel. It was just a basic steering wheel with turn signal, windshield wipers, and cruise control on the column.

I got one I love it but hate the death rattle when u first start it u will get a rattle for 3 seconds it's the timing chain and dealer tells u it's normal 2008 is junk go to the 2013 they fixed the rattle if death

@@rdg091 So far, the powertrain/Engine are doing fine. Back in January of this year, the Intermediate Steering Shaft was making noise and I took it a dealer in Clovis, CA. They wanted $275 for part and 2.5 hrs for labor, total=$600. I took it a friend, it took him 0.5 hr and I paid him $60. If you youtube under " How to replace Intermediate Steering Shaft", you will see the clip and may as well do it yourself next time.
