Taking personal interview with lhadon while working in India for so long. #tibetan #vlogger #tibetanyoutuber #questionanswer #tibet #workingwomen #tibetanvlog @Asian_avocado
Great vlog! I appreciate the effort you're putting in to guide our youth by sharing your personal corporate experiences. I completely agree that as Tibetans, we often face challenges with self-confidence likely due to our upbringing in environments where we're used to being told what to do and being proactive is not promoted in the right manner. Essential corporate skills such as taking initiative, teamwork, collaboration and challenging the status quo’s aren't traditionally included in our educational system, or at least they weren't during my time as a student. I wish my teachers had suggested that I read books like "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" or "Atomic Habits" during my school years. It would have made my early years in the corporate world much easier.
I totally agree with you. If the person is not able to start their own business then there’s only one option which is to work in corporate. Few subjects should be mandate in our education system to make them industry ready.
Please continue making such vlogs. It has been nearly 17 years that I m working in MNC. Though I am doing extremely well, yet often I am plagued by a thought that I am not rendering service in our community. Do you have such thoughts sometimes? We had been told in every conceivable occasion by our teachers and elders during our entire school days about giving it back to the community/serving our community that I feel guilty about working in corporate sector and the guilt on my conscience nags me sometimes.
I got this realisation long back. Because of that I’ve started this channel. I’m helping fresher who’s looking for job in their domain by sharing their resume with my Indian colleague who’s working in that field. Moreover, connecting with my friends who runs their own company to provide job opportunities for Tibetans.
