This is my third LEGO MILS Module.
I am by no means an experienced builder, I came out of the dark age recently. I try to put in the descriptions the sources of the techniques that I use.

Great build. Considering the position of the sun and the interior shadows and shade may yield more realistic results with some directions more melted and others still fully ice/snow.

First, it's hard to track the cost, I've made many Bricklink orders for all kinds of projects. I honestly have no idea how much this particular baseplate costs (100$? - 200$?). It greatly depends if you use new or used pieces. I used new pieces for the white ones in order to avoid yellowish pieces...
Second, there is no plan available for the good reason that I don't use plans for my constructions. But you can have a roughly good idea how it's build with the video : every single steps is shown.
I'm looking forward to seeing your build!
