Hi.. 👋 I first came to Sarawak from Australia in the 80s and stayed, worked here, learnt the local dialect, to cook the food then returned to Australia.. now I'm retired I'm back, loving it.. its such a wonderful place to live.. the people are so friendly, the different cultures live side by side its everything on the videos and much much more. Happy that you are getting to know a piece of heaven on earth. 👌🫶👍💜

Terima kasih (thank you) so much for once again reacting to my request! Just a single visit to Sarawak will never be enough due to her endless beauty await to be discover! The guitar-like instrument that you asked is called 'Sape' a traditional wooden guitar carved from very tough hardwood and the melody produced will make you feel that you are walking inside our beautiful tropical rainforest...Sape belong to certain indigenous ethnic group called 'Orang Ulu' which comprised of several subset of Orang Ulu tribes such as Kenyah and Kayan people. Nowadays, Sape were so popular in Sarawak, Malaysia so much that it gain national and international recognition! If you want to visit the traditional houses in Sarawak, I suggest that you should visit Sarawak Cultural Museum, a living museum where you get to experience the traditional lives of various ethnic group that makes up demographic of Sarawak! 🇲🇾😁

That is 'sape' (pronounce as saa-pay); traditional Bornean music instrument. The sound of it is so soothing and calm.

In the middle of this video phezz said that he'd love the traditional houses, in Sarawak, Kuching here you can visit the Sarawak Vurcural Village. There you can find the traditional houses of our tribal local traditional houses of our local tribes in Sarawak.
Also both of you are interested in knowing the instrument played around minute 7 of your video. That is called "Sape", looks like a guitar but tuned and playability is totally different even its tuning are also very different.

It's the other way round, actually. Crocs have longer snouts while alligator have more broader snouts though both type of snouts exist for crocs and gators.
A more reliable method is too see if both upper and lower teeth....(what's the word...snaggletooth?) When their snouts closed. That's a croc. When no lower teeth protrude when the snout closed, that's a gator.

that is a crocodile, specifically, a salt water crocodile. Our alligators are smaller and like you said, with longer snout, they just happen to take a vid of a baby croc not the adult version
