Russell doesn't fit KOC system in any way. KOC wants a QB who puts his back to the defense , make the reads quick and proper and deliver the ball downfield accurately via Kirk Cousins/ Matthew Stafford.These qbs will throw the ball 48x a game - every game- if necessary.
I just can't see Russ here .....even with Denver paying salary

not me, who is running this team anyway, the idea is to get your team to the Superbowl, not have people on your team who you like and can't get you to playoffs or Superbowl trade him
