I like to play matchmaker when it comes to watching these videos. I watched these when I was a teenager, and grew to love them watching these again makes me feel happy for them. As a young woman of color. Who is just starting her adulthood, and watching it again I understand now that everyone needs the perfect person to help them through things, and understand them , and their mindsets. I didn’t start a learning about myself until I was 17 years old. Amy is 16 years old, and starting to learn about her self and men at the same time I feel for her and can relate to her. I do ship SonAmy just like everyone else does, but I think Shadow is a better person for Amy. Sonic’s just too overconfident, and I personally think he has a big ego. Shadow’s the kind of over-protective, loving, and caring boyfriend you want, whereas I think Sonic would move in easily from Amy. But this is just my point of view.
