Welcome to Sonic Fantasy, our brand new AU on the channel. Sonic Fantasy takes place in a universe full of Zodiacs with 12 planets representing each one. This AU is heavily inspired from Phantasy Star Universe, a beloved video game by SEGA that I grew up playing alongside other Sci-Fi games & films like Destiny, Star Wars, Guardians of the Galaxy and so much more.
Please remember this is a fanmade Sonic project made purely for fun & that the zodiacs aren't meant to be taken seriously at all. We picked the zodiacs for the characters based on the date of their first appearance in the Sonic franchise (not all may be accurate). For example, Sonic's is 23rd June (Cancer). Amy's is 23rd September (Libra).
We hope you look forward to more from this beloved AU, as this will be a long term series on the channel

This AU has been planned for YEARS... and I do mean years, I've been speaking about this project for a long time and finally we've got to bring it to life! Welcome to Sonic Fantasy, the channel's next huge series. I'm a Cancer and let me say we have mood switches a LOT, very emotional, I think a water sign and can be very manipulative, I know that's the Cancer stereotype but it's at least how I am. I can very anger one second and then perfectly calm the next and although I'm not manipulative it's part of the stereotype. We're also represented by the crab if anyone didn't know. ♋

Ah yes I too love that book Mephelis is reading, though I prefer the mother variant. Jokes aside this was a great first episode with good jokes, amazing artwork, great story, metal sonic getting his spotlight back in the beginning, Mephelis being the most dangerous and terrifying sonic villain still to this day.

Silver & Blaze are planned for Episode 2 😁We didn't want to crash in a lot of characters in the first episode while we were introducing a lot of the main characters. Silver will also be considered a main character along with some others we have not yet introduced

That was a very interesting story. I would love to possibly see other characters in this comic series such as Sticks from sonic boom. Sally acorn from the sonic Archie comics. Even Surge from IDW. I could also see Scourge and some of his freinds be apart of black dooms world. Also I almost forgot Blaze. What do you think?
We plan to include some Archie & IDW characters like Eclipse & Jewel so far 😁
This was all just amazing! I’m getting so many inspirations at once from Sailor Moon to Saint Saiya which is a really old one. Not to mention you mixed Fantasy AND Sci Fi in a way that makes it cohesive to the in story universe. What I love most about it is the presentation which makes it so much more grand of a feeling. Also, I got flashbacks to Faith when Amy became engaged to Shadow once again. That trope always seems to sneak its way into other stories I’ve noticed. Anyway, this was an AMAZING pilot episode to this story. Thanks for the early birthday present, Tara (June 3rd). And happy beginning of Pride Month everyone!

In fact, I feel like I’m the only one who wants another Sonic game in the storybook series with Secret Rings and Black Knight. They could do so many things like Alice In Wonderland, The Epic of Beowulf, and even though it would be EXTREMELY unlikely, I’d love to see a Sonic adaptation of Journey To The West. Heck, if they did Romance Of The Three Kingdoms, it would just be another fanfic of Sonic and Shadow fighting over Amy XD

Tara this is absolutely INSANE! I remember watching your stories from the very beginning when you first started Sonic at High School and Faith. You even inspired me to create my own stories xD (which also became somewhat a huge hit) If it weren’t for editing I probably would’ve continued making stories as well but alas editing it was 🤭 Anyways what I’m trying to say is that I’m super proud of you and your team!
