As a latin american who cant afford to pay 40 dollars for a masterclass of a child's card game, this free content is INSANE. You became instantly my fav tcg content creator, thx
ever since drew hedrick release the list of his lost zone turbo deck I immediately built it and never stop using it! thanks for the content james keepsafe I really appreciate this kind of content of yours where you help people in our community to be confident on every deck that they want to use 🎉
Yeah I tested it but did really poorly even tho I am really good at playing lzb maybe because my sleeves were damaged and were not shuffling good lol I tested against garde with double munkidori
Late to the video but wanted to leave a comment and give props for putting out such great content. cheers to both you and Andrew, getting his expertise like this is invaluable to say the least
James bro... You're the best Competitive ptcg creator by far. I also loved your other style of content, your editing and vision for videos are both really good! Thanks so much 🙏 Keep up the great work man ❤️
As everyone else seems to be saying - THANK YOU for this interview and your interview with Stephane Ivanoff!! Both of the NAIC finalists, this is such helpful content!! I love playing Gardy and LZB, this has been so helpful! TY. Keep it up!
Easily the best content for competitive tcg on UA-cam. Top tier analysis and guests, going through everything you need to know to play at the highest level. Congrats man!
This is a super quality video, no fluff, all useful stuff, with good questions and good answers. In a world of filler content and 3 second flashes caused by TikTok brain it’s good to see this
These are so informative and make the game better. Thank you Side note: do you think you can get Koji Yoshikawa on his Gouging Fire deck and why he played 2 Lucian’s. 😂 😂
I really wanted to play LB last format, but I didn’t want to play the paradox box since it was very complicated with all these energies and attackers (still pretty cool but not ideal for my locals) I was waiting for NAIC to find a good list and I was so happy to see LB winning the whole tournament. I’ve been playing with this list at my locals, just switching one or two cards depending on our meta and I’ve won 3 out of 4 of these small tournaments n.n I love this list and I agree on the zard MU being super hard with jirachi, but still winnable. And still other than that I feel like I’m favored into almost all MU. Thank you so much for this content James 🙏 I really needed to hear Andrew’s take on Dragapult since the MU can get scary Like many said in the comments, I’m surprised this is free content!
@@kingseiryu929 I think it's favored since most of the time they will take 1 prize, and then you keep returning the KOS with Ursaluna. Before the video, I would think about Cram, Ninja and Sableye to take the first 4 prizes, but I did what Andrew said (2 gates for Bloodmoon Ursaluna, take 2 prizes, then 1 gate and take 2 more, and then KO with no energy) and this was easier! IONO is a bit scary but by the time they iono you, your deck is probably very tin and pokéstop helps getting the nest, rod and gates
my first game with lost box, went against ogerpon raging bolt, prized two comfey, prized sableye, started ursaluna and didn't draw into a single supporter all game even tho I got to ten card in deck and prized none, the true tcg experience
Vs stall, is iron thorns into iron hands or ursaluna a line? You just eventually switch to the more powerful attacker late game and sweep since thorns does damage. Further, you shut off their rotom until you take a ko and from there you force them to have to find a cc every turn if they want to draw
I played this MU last week at my locals, my opponent was playing quad snorlax for the first time so maybe he’s not an expert, but this still a pretty straightforward deck. I just went early hands with arm press until I was able to amp my opponent. It didn’t matter if they had the tool or not, they could use all pennys they want but at some point they had to sacrifice a snorlax. This also helped me play around Eri and miss fortune sisters because of this early pressure. I think pokestop is also good to have (you don’t need to use it on every turn) but it can guarantee a switch when needed to keep attacking with hands.
@@platinumwaiterI just lost a match on the ladder against Quad snorlax haha I just came to say that this game plan won’t work if they don’t bench snorlax and they start to pressure with Chi-Yu and Mimikyu, I cramed the Mimikyu but then I couldn’t do too much, so try to kill Mimikyu with sableye so you have extra damage to potentially take an extra prize by KOs the damaged Chi-Yu or rotom

Ninja their baby roaring moons and then use amp you very much on them before they’re able to KO your Iron Hands in one shot
