I do in fact have ADHD, having been diagnosed since the age of 3, and can say that when it comes to ASMR and satisfying triggers and tingles, Fred does not fail.
Genuine question how on earth do you get diagnosed with ADHD at 3 years old 😮

@@sebb8347 Well, I'm not a doctor, nor have I ADHD, but I've just found this:
"ADHD symptoms start before age 12, and in some children, they're noticeable as early as 3 years of age. ADHD symptoms can be mild, moderate or severe, and they may continue into adulthood. ADHD occurs more often in males than in females, and behaviors can be different in boys and girls."

I have adhd but I tend to find I enjoy slower stuff as fast stuff stimulates me rather than makes me sleepy, this is still great tho!

Torch spinner is someone I've just found and NOBODY else in the asmr genre has used it (I literally searched and no one uses it) I'd love to hear more and see the torch spinner used more because my brain go zzzzzzzz after the sounds it makes

I’d say that this channel and Jojo’s asmr are my 2 favorites.
Im not 100% sure if i have ADHD, but according to some things ive seen about it online, as well as what my own gf and family have said about it, i at the very least show numerous signs of it.
So i most likely do have it, i just didnt get it diagnosed yet
