this is going to sound rlly random but I love how you include the start of the trigger aswell. Most people that do timestamps always put the time at where the trigger starts and not the introduction of the trigger, you know what I mean? So I really appreciate that you put the timestamp at where he begins introducing the trigger aswell. Thank you 🫶🏻🫶🏻

@@strawberystarsymptoms of ocd are common in just about everyone but it takes certain limits to get diagnosed with it, usually when it’s affecting your daily life lol

I’ve always been struggling on not willing to wear headphones while sleeping (uncomfortable for side sleepers and they’ll definitely be broken or lost next morning) but wanting to enjoy ASMR next to my ears. So I just bought a headband eye mask with inbuilt headphones so that I can sleep with Pat whispering close to my ears 🥹
I've thought about buying that before but didnt yet, do you recommend them :)?

@@emilieb8413 I’d say worth a try! Don’t have high expectations for the sound quality tho, it just works. I did struggled a few times to adjust it so that it won’t make my ears hurt like wearing a headset for a long time, and now I have no problem sleeping with it. It did prevent me from opening my eyes and checking my phone constantly thus improved my sleeping quality.
I LOVE your videos so much, you do the best hand movements and you crack me up every time. May I friendly suggest mood/low lighting? I know they would be even better than what they already are. Thank you for what you do🙏🏼
