How do you get on with your Kirkland microfibres? Do you reuse them? I bought a packet of them (as I saw you using them in a previous video), but a number of people had issues with them marring the paint. I have yet to try mine. Keep up the good work mate, and the cracking videos!

Great video as usual Jim. I live out in Dubai where there's always dust in the air which settles on the car. I currently use CSL + Exo but I'm interested in the COv2. Is the extra application effort worth it for the repellant finish? Keep the videos coming.

How do you buff out paint work after protective coating is applied? My local detail shop says that the coating is permanent and will make buffing later on extremely difficult. Is this true?

What speed setting you use on mini and duetto when using mf cutting pad? Too bad there are no 3" megs mf anymore. I use Flexipads instead. Btw how come no Rupes 21 or 15? I have all of em except ibrid :D Great work and channel, keep up the good work :)

Is hand polishing okay to do? The compound and a hand applicator?
Anonymous ofc it is okay, but the results are always better with a machine polisher.
The Rat the value of the car is not that high so I don't think I would spend the money on it yet. It's my first car (£5500) so I don't really want to spend much money on the paint.
Right, no problem, polishing by hand is perfectly fine, just do not expect the same results as you can get from a machine. Anonymous

No he is removing the old glue from old counter weights that tyre guys leave on... :-)
That ISM coat is danggg expensive

Does the tape not leave a glue mark when you remove it?
Lewis Pugh The green tape is commonly used in automotive body applications and does not leave a residue when pulled up.
Some time a bit. Just dont press it to heavily and pull of easy and slow
Helps to use it in a warmer temperature I suppose, if the glue gets cold or sits for a long time the chance of residue increases.
Why do you not put coatings on your own car? Just dont care about it enough, or dont have the time? I love detailing my own car, but I guess its different when its your occupation and its a hobby for me
