    The Cyclone 48" Rotary mower mounted on the right Excavator, Skid Steer or Boom Arm can make brush removal and clearing a breeze. The quality engineering and design is clearly visible, but how does it perform?

    I have a similar machine but it's a kx161-3 super series. Are you able to change this machine to a one way flow for a brush cutter so you can use the trigger? Can you make a how to video on that?

    On the skid steer, can the boom be raised so this would be high enough that it could reach over a 3 board fence to trim on the other side?

    How does this compare to the Eterra flail mower?

      Collin, thanks for your question. The Flail Mower will mulch the material up a little better, but you have to come down on a tree. With the Cyclone rotary cutter, you handle a tree up to 6" thick, take it down, then drive over it and chip the material up. Let us know if you have any other questions! 866-966-2538

      @@SkidSteerSolutions The flail is also heavier and these little machines can toss this rotary mower around with ease.

    Do you have something like that for a telehandler ?

    • @EterraUSA
      @EterraUSA 6 років тому

      Wouldn't that be something, Telehandlers aren't suitable machines for clearing.

    What kind of GPM and pressure do you need to power that mower?

      Flail heads are more efficient we have tried this mower and it boggs down any size machine compared to a flail

      Well, you are "The One and Only" after all ;)
      www.skidsteersolutions.com/excavator-attachments/ (UPDATE) - Running these on the smaller machines of the range means you won't see maximum performance. Running this attachment on the mid-large end of the range turns this mower into an absolute monster!
