@@Innozant Sir we are learning many things from your video however i have to know 2 things. 1st i have big data and i want to make pivot table with scroll button. so i prepared it and take this to dashborad. So if i select 1 item detail to see. One item sales show in dash board but it show total as well and so many extra lines with so many 0 0 0. how to remove this. I have to see 1 item sales % in whole sales of stationary shop. example my total sales is of Rs100 for all items including of pen sale of 15 Rs. i will select pen to know the sale data of pen. this show pen sale data. but i want to know when i select pen it also shows how much % of sale of this pen is in total sale of 100. coz when i select pen it shows 100% pen sale which i dont want.

Why did you use sumproduct instead of sumifs to calculate the total data for the years? and also, why is years in the 1st array of the sumproduct function, wouldn't that multiply the year with the data wrongly?
Dear sumproduct is array funtion and works in group,and 2nd thing in above mentioned dashboard there is no such big difference if we use sumproduct instead of sumifs and it won't calculate wrong data calculation as when we have single array our sumproduct funcation just add thos values instead of multiply..Kindly debug the formula and try to understand Tasnim,also recommend you to learn Array and Sumproduct Function from Playlist Array and Sumproduct step by step 🙏♥️

Need your help in this regard.I have two dates eg 03-11-20 and 12-12-20 in cells A2 and A3, in cell B5 I want to mention "PRE HOSPITALIZATION BILLS FROM (03-11-20 TO 12-12-20)" Please demonstrate how to do this. When i tried this the two dates are shown in date serial formats, but i want it show in date formats only.i want the every thing to be dynamic, when i change the dates it should reflect in sentence.
Pass text before date as date sereal consider it as datevalue. Or you may share your worksheet data format will help you out

There's a another way to create dashboards using power pivot options in excel which is a much more convenient way of creating dashboard where neither renaming of data is necessary nor application of formula and would deliver the exact charts without any error ur way of creation of dashboard couldn't be applied in a real work scenario as it would consume much time and it's not clear whether a change in data would automatically be reflected in your charts as well...
