In the UK each person sits around 23 exams for all like 9 or 10 GCSEs all

Just to add to the fun (and take my mind off the exams) I had Shingles for my exams at 16 and 18 (its pressure related)

I had a university course where we had an exam (multiple choice and open book) where class' average mark was 18% (very boring subject and very monotone lecturer)
