In an ALTERNATIVE universe, if the Americans win the Indochina War, we may still see the Khmer Republic still in the modern day. We may even see the Khmer Republic, the Saigon regime: republic of Vietnam, & the kingdom of Laos will become an excellent area for America to do their business investments, where we would expect the 3 Indochina countries to have a good economy like Japan, Taiwan, & south Korea. Especially the south china sea (a vital economic trade route) will be under American (& alliance of the Indochina countries) instead of under the control of Communist China like we saw in our universe. Of course, in that universe, no such thing as a Cambodian genocide. However Sihanouk in that universe will be labeled as a disgrace Cambodian leader, whereas lon nol & long boret will be labeled as Khmer Republic heroes
I don't know that why I (and another one that you agree too) can hear the lyric is different from the vinyl record. but I don't know what they sing because I don't understand Khmer.
I found this for long time
Very clean version
Long live the Khmer Republic

The good ending.
I think Is the Cleanest Version of this Anthem
What makes me cry is that most of these people in the video were probably killed 5-10 years later
@cameramen692Some of them still alive until today
Some of them successfully evacuated from Phnom Penh to the USA somewhere around March 1975.
Thank you for uploading this beautiful video!!!
