I can’t get mine out of the A arm any tips.

Lots of heat and a heavier hammer. Be careful when you hit the joint after heating it as pressure can sometimes built up inside the ball joint from the heat expansion.
Once any heat and hammering pressure is used on the ball joints they are done for.

Take off the whole a arm from the frame, it’s all about the angle
