Please do a video on central AC planning during civil work. My requirement is to put a minimum of 6 to 8 AC units, but it is costly in the long run. Installing central AC with duct is costly while installing, but works out cheaper in the long run. But it also looks like I need to increase ceiling height to accommodate duct work. I'm in the initial phase, planning to do construction next year.
