@Quins Coins hey Quinn!! Love to see a Buffalo pop up! Always nice when you get those, anyway, hopefully you’re doing good today. In the coins I searched earlier a week or two ago, my best find was a 1939 nickel, and I found 3 wheat pennies from the 40s and 50s! Soon I’m gonna head to my grandparents place where I’m gonna visit them and play street hockey so that’s gonna be fun. Have a great weekend everyone and keep up the amazing work Quinn :)
Yeah it's been a long time since I did a Coin Quest hunt with nickels or pennies so haven't added up points in a while. Thanks for watching and good luck!
That box had a bit of almost everything:-) I would have set that super clean 2015 and put it in the collection...common coin but finding one that nice 6 years old is no easy feat. Its great to see you having a blast on the videos Ryan:-)
I just watched Ur video it's only the 2nd one I've watched.. Enjoyed it very much.. Made me go pull out some old coins I forgot about.. Come to find out I have 3 of those buffalo nickels U just found and talked about.. I'm not sure how to value coins.. I've had those nickels for 30yrs.. Big jar of wheat pennies.. Some old coins I should probably look into.. Thanx for jump starting me again..
That was a great box. My daughter works at a bank,. but I don't have an account there. Still, I can get the odd box now and then. I'll be doing a penny hunt Monday.
I usually carefully use a toothpick to remove the gunk from the coin. As long as you're careful it wont scratch the coin and yes, there is a slight bit of gunk left but it looks far better than not doing it.
When I was a kid, I recieved 4 v back nickels from a plumber. I some nickles that I was starting to collect at the time in the early 70's. Was going to the bank and asking for nickle rolls.
I just found a 2001 P Jefferson and when i hold them up in front of me and with both hands i flip the coin over and check the Reverse and the Obverse and when I flip one over the Monticello is at the top and this flip the Monticello was at the Bottom, so I looked at it with the Front with Jefferson,s head straight up and turned the coin around and the Monticello was in the same position even with the head and in line with the Monticello, so what do you call this kind of coin my first ever find of a coin being both sides up at the same time.
Absolutely! Although if you're just in it for the silver, I would say probably not. I really like finding buffaloes, war nickels, older Jeffersons, and Canadians/other foreign coins. Also, very occasionally, you may find a V-nickel!
Hi, my name is Joyce. I was given some coins by my mother, and i dont have a clue of the what to do with them or if they are of any value, probably not. But I was trying to figure out where or what type of coin shop do I take them, before I give them to the grand kids.
Quins coins I found a jackpot of Buffalos and silver war nickels in one roll 4 Buffalos and 2 war nickels in Christmas 2019 also I found a 1952 s through 8 rolls!
Three of our last four boxes were uncirculated :/ But the circulated box gave us four silvers and a buffalo. Two of the silvers filled spots in our book.
That looked like a die crack error, where die cracked and the coin took the form of the crack. Lamination error would be deformation of the planchet and not properly staying together as intended (not taking the shape of the die).
Got a nickel box in celebration on the revival of the series, and unfortunately was all 2021’s! You hate to see it, but I guess with the coin shortage it makes sense to see a my bank with a full box of them
I have penny's from 1909 to 2021 in my binder and still trying to find from 1910 to 1970 and in my state series Quarters all I need is south Dakota, American Samoa and Puerto Rico I can't wait to find them and also do you know if a 1942-P above Monticello nickel worth something and last thing have a grateful day.

Yeah you're probably right, but still, it's good practice to treat every coin like it's a proof, just like how you treat every firearm like it's loaded!
People people this is all staged get a clue I've been a coin collector for very very long time and I'll be lucky to get a silver coin out of all denominations and this guy just goes gets a box and all of a sudden he's getting silver rare Buffalo coins!! this is stage so he can sell his commercials on youtube so just be aware of that..
Yeah I get the occasional comment like this. That is why I started filming everything- so that if there is any doubt, I can just point you to the part in the video where I opened the sealed roll (8:48). The buffalo nickel I found isn't rare. It's actually the most common buffalo nickel you can find. Still, they don't show up in circulation too often, especially in such great condition. As for the silver war nickel, I get about 1 of those every two boxes (they are definitely still in circulation) and all of the other coins I found were pretty much par for the course (no low mintage or key date coins in this video) Hey you should check out this subreddit I found...it seems like it would be a good place for you :D www.reddit.com/r/nothingeverhappens/

Nice find! That sounds like a 180 die rotation error to me!
@@QuinsCoins Thanks Man love your show watch it every Day, couldn't get no better than this.I knew if any body knew it would be you. Thanks again Quin.
I’ve never done nickels. Is it worth it?
Absolutely! Although if you're just in it for the silver, I would say probably not. I really like finding buffaloes, war nickels, older Jeffersons, and Canadians/other foreign coins. Also, very occasionally, you may find a V-nickel!
Nope. Unless it goes in an album.

Hopefully it is an error coin and it's not cracked because someone dropped it.
The 1948 at around 24:20

Hey how much is a 1936 buffalo nickel is worth?
What about a 1931 Canadian, and the Bird flying a Bicentennial.
According the war Nickel, it's too late worrying about leaving fingerprints., if it was a good coin it would make sense. AU or better.
Yeah you're probably right, but still, it's good practice to treat every coin like it's a proof, just like how you treat every firearm like it's loaded!
Is a 1934 a good 🐃nickels how much money is it worth.
I have four one came out perfect and the others there is no date
