I have a little echo ...although I have turned this completely off. This is still present.

Mine doesn't echo like yours does. I use Equalizer APO to shift the audio pattern so its better.

What app should I download in my iPhone to use the Aldi one ?

The interface is usb so this mic is not suitable to be used with a mobile phone. Maybe look at something like a Rode Video Mic Go if you want to use a mic on your iphone. They work well with cameras and phones. Best of Luck.

Ok start with a video editing program or audacity to make a recording. Make sure you select the source recording device. I may make another video if you like. May be easier to show you, let me know how you go.
