      Garbage. The marathon was an all male marathon. Men and women are different. She could have ran in and all female marathon but chose to cause trouble and purposely impeded an all male marathon. Now they make it seem like she some sort of freedom fighter when she was nothing more than a crazy nut job desperate for attention. This is the lunacy of feminism. HOW PATHETIC IS THAT?? 🤦‍♂️

      He didn't go after her strictly because she's a woman. He did it because no expected a woman to be in the race, so he thought she was a protestor. Besides liberals were so above it all back then like they are now.

    To who ever is mad in the comments, why? Like of course what he did in 67 was terrible but the person that was attacked herself forgave him and even said her goodbyes to him at his funeral and became friends with him and obviously his views changed so why be mad?

      It TOTALLY alters that. It turns out that, in hindsight, we now know that being removed from that marathon for being and looking like a woman was completely unacceptable.

    • @medavecool
      @medavecool 6 років тому +15

      First of all, Fuck You and your Shed. Second, Rules is not Rules. That's why they get changed all of the time. Third of all, there are many socially acceptable forms of dealing with this particular rule breaking. Disqualification. A verbal reprimand. Pretty much anything other than what he did. Assault is not only inexcusable, it was also not his job. But I digress. To my original point, your statement, "Just because you don't like it, doesn't alter that." is wrong. Someone not liking something "alters" things all the time. Wether it's an actual change or simply contributing to how something is historically perceived, dislike plays a huge roll in altering.
